What you need to know…

travel prices

All travel included for Weddings in the U.K.

For all other photoshoots, travel will be charged at 0.50p per mile outside of a 15 mile radius.

If we need to access you by train due to limited parking, the fee will be charged to the client, if we go through any tolls/crossings, the fee will be charged to the client.

Price change

Our prices may change without warning but we do our best to update all existing clients mainly via social media in bulk. This will not effect any current bookings if this was to happen.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel, your booking fee is not refunded, however, any monies paid after this will be refunded back to you.

If we cancel, you get the choice to reschedule or get a full refund.

What you agree to when you book with us….

Our style

You agree that you have viewed and are happy with our style of work.

processing time frame

You agree that it could be up to 6 weeks before you get your final images as this is dependant on how busy we are.

2 photographers for the price of 1

Usually we attend your event as a duo but this is not always possible so please do not worry if only one of us turns up at your event, we will still be running with the same equipment to get the same shots we would usually do, it just means extra running around for us which isn’t so bad as exercise is good for you so we are told.

food and drink

If you have the pleasure of our company for more than 4 hours, yay, we will need sustenance so we can keep our energy high to capture all your wonderful moments. We do not have any dietary requirements but we both hate seafood. You agree that you can provide us at least one main meal or equivalent and one beverage. Thank you kindly.

Holding your date

We will hold your date for 14 days. This allows you to read over your booking form and send over the booking fee to secure the date, or let us know you no longer wish to book.

If it is a last minute booking then ideally we would like everything done within 24 hours to stay efficient. Thank you for your cooperation.

fun and more fun

Once you are booked in, it is time to get excited!!! Sometimes a photoshoot can be overwhelming, with the setup, knowing what to wear, how to pose etc and that is okay, we can take the lead if you need us to.

Parents - you may think your little one(s) might ‘misbehave’ but this isn’t the case and nothing phases us - we have seen it all. It is important to let them warm up to us and get used to the experience. We will assist them with this and get them involved so please do not stress if you feel your little one(s) are not co-operating - it is normal!

For those who love the camera, want outfit changes, different poses, do your thing and we will do ours.

The outcome is still FUN and the results will no doubt be incredible. Team work makes the dream work.
