How do i download my images?

Read your email. It is surprising at how many people go straight to the link but forget to read the instructions to go with it. If you are still having issues or have come across an error, please contact us.

Why won’t my photo(s) download?

There could be various reasons for this such as clicking download too many times, not having enough storage on your device, internet connection issues or our site just may genuinely be busy, maybe even something else. Contact us if you do not manage to download again within 24 hours.

Can i download the full gallery without downloading individually?

If this is in your package then yes you can, when you first login to your gallery, it should tell you which button to press for this, if it doesn’t it should be located at the top of your device, then wait further instructions, this should come in a separate email.

How do i book with you?

Message us for availability with as much detail as you can about your event such as venue and timings and we will get back to you and let you know how to proceed.

How long have you been doing this?

Simon has been taking photos for around 10 years now, myself around 4 years but I am still learning, there is a lot more to it than clicking a button.

IS there a discount if i want to purchase several images?

Yes we do offer discounts on 10 or more images, message us to receive a code.

how much are extra downloads?

They are £5.00 per download.

Do you print photos?

Yes we do offer high quality prints up to the size of A4 at £2 per sheet of paper. Custom and standard sizes can be done. Please contact us for a more specific price list.

how Do i leave a review?

Facebook, Google or even a message sent over. We appreciate you taking the time to do this.

Will my downloaded photo have your logo on?

No, we are not that cruel to do that to your memories, they are on there for initial viewing just for precautions. However if you use your photos on socials, we would of course love for you to tag us or share our website.

How many photos will i get in my gallery?

There is no set number of images as this all depends on your event and how many guests are going, if there are some who do not want their photo taken, people getting in the way of the camera etc, several reasons why we cannot give an exact number. However the real answer is, as many as we can take, we do not press lightly on the trigger and we will always make sure we get enough to give you a full gallery to look back on.
